The Consumption Receipt subtracts from stock the items consumed in the internal activity — raw materials, auxiliary materials, consumables, uniforms, etc

Create Document

From the Stocks – Movements menu, click Add and select S-BC Bon Consum.

Fill in the header:

• Warehouse — the warehouse from which the goods are subtracted.
• Date — the date on which consumption is recorded.
• Reference — optional.
• Remarks — information on the goods consumed, if applicable.

Articles

Click Add Row to insert the items. They can be added by searching or by Copy/Paste from an XLS file.

Fill in the quantity. Items are deducted from stock at the entry price.

Validation

Click Validation to issue the document and subtract the items from stock.
