The shipment records the exit of the goods from a warehouse to a consignee. The document generated is the Goods Accompanying Notice.

Create Document

From the Stocks – Movements menu, click Add and select the S-AV Shipment (Notice) document.

Select Shipper Warehouse and Consignee.

Articles

In the Items window, click Add to insert the items.

Articles can be added by searching or by Copy/Paste from an XLS file.

Validation and printing

1. Click Validate to issue the document.
2. Click Print to print the Goods Accompanying Notice.
