The online flow manages orders received from e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, from automatic pickup to delivery and collection.

How the online stream works

Online OrderOnline InvoiceShipping

Orders are automatically imported from the platform. The customer, delivery address and items are picked up without manual intervention. For invoicing and delivery, the order follows a simpler or more complex route:

  • can be sent to the warehouse, uploaded to the scanner and confirmed by scanning
  • can be sent to the logistics operator, if the warehouse is external
  • It can be sent to a store that has the products in stock. The store has a limited time to confirm and ship the products. If the products are not confirmed, for example do not correspond in quality, the order is assigned to the next store.

If the products are not fully found in one location, the order may be broken and the products shipped from multiple locations.

The difference from B2B

The online feed uses the same mechanisms (orders, invoices, returns, receipts), but with behavior adapted to the channel:

  • Orders are imported automatically — not manually created.
  • Prices are automatically applied from the active pricing policy and are not editable.
  • Revenues can come from multiple sources: payment processors, marketplace platforms, courier (cash on delivery).
