The sale in the physical store is operated through the Retail System. This section only describes the points of contact between BE and retail.

What's coming from Business Essentials

The Retail System uses the infrastructure defined in Business Essentials:

• Articles and classification — the nomenclature of articles, categories, brands, sizes.
• Stocks — Receipts and transfers operated from BE replenish the stock available in stores.
• Suppliers — purchases for stores go through the Shopping module in BE.

Store prices, cash registers, loyalty cards and tour management are managed exclusively in the Retail System.
