ReportsOnMail is the module that automatically sends reports by email — at fixed times, daily, weekly or when an event is triggered. Recipients receive the information directly in their inbox, without logging into the app.
The data can be included in the body of the email (as an HTML table) or attached as Excel files. The emails are HTML formatted and optimized for reading on mobile.
The content and design of the email can be customized depending on the recipient and purpose. Some examples of why it can be done:
An email can contain multiple reports — either in the body of the message or as separate attachments.
Customer notifications — goods invoiced or on the way, AWB and delivery details, stock available for frequently ordered products, product status in service.
Sales agents — commission made per period, overdue invoices, uncollected invoices, customers who haven't bought for a while, customers who should order based on buying habits.
Stores — goods on their way to the store, price changes that will take effect, notices to be delivered, reception differences that require verification, new items to put on the shelf (with photo attached).
Management — daily sales reports, weekly or monthly performance reviews.
Logistics and sales — alerts when an item's stock falls below the minimum threshold, negative stock alerts that need investigation.
Online — alerts when the price of an item on the online platform differs from the price in stores.


Sending emails is limited to 30 emails per minute. This limitation prevents email servers (Exchange, Gmail for Business) from being blocked or listed as spam. For large volumes of recipients, emails enter a queue and are sent progressively.
