What are they?

Classic reports are tabular reports — similar to a spreadsheet — that present detailed data in a tabular format. They are the main analysis tool for managers or operational users who need to see concrete figures, compare them and process them.

What users can do

Reports provide tabular manipulation functions directly in the interface, without requiring export:

• Sum by columns — totals calculated automatically at the base of the table
• Freeze column — pinning the left columns for horizontal navigation in wide tables
• Sort — sort by any column, ascending or descending
• Reorder columns — arrange columns in the order desired by the user

For more complex processing (pivot, custom formulas, charts), reports are exported to Excel with one click. The Excel file retains formatting and is ready to work.
