RS Mall is the consultative sales module in the Retail System. It is intended for stores where the sales process involves direct interaction with the customer: advice, presentation of variants, availability check, application of personalized discounts.
Typical use cases: shoe stores, clothing, jewelry, medical devices, home appliances — any context in which the customer needs assistance from the seller.
Online application — runs in the browser, accesses real-time data from the server. This architecture allows functionalities that depend on centralized data: stock check in another store, return from any store, loyalty with points accumulated from all locations.
Keyboard and mouse — the interface is designed for precise interaction, not raw speed. The seller navigates between product variants, consults the customer's history, applies discounts with justification.
Multiple windows — supports working on multiple windows simultaneously. Useful in stores where in addition to sales other flows must be operated.
Unlike the supermarket (where the transaction is fast and linear), RS Mall manages complex sales flows:

Each operation is traceable: seller registration per transaction, mandatory manual discount motivation, cash control at the close of the day, detailed logs on each sales operation.
