The registration of a customer card can be done by the seller at the checkout or by the customer himself on a tablet made available. Required data: name, phone, email, birthday. The process includes digital signature and SMS confirmation.
The GDPR agreement is mandatory upon registration. The customer may withdraw the consent at a later time, at which time the personal data is anonymized or deleted.
At the beginning of a transaction, the seller identifies the customer by phone number or by scanning the code on the card (physical or digital). Once identified, the discounts and associated benefits are automatically applied.

Notifications
The customer can receive notifications by email or SMS: personalized campaigns, seasonal discounts, reminder when points are about to expire, birthday messages.
