What does it measure

The performance module gives the manager a clear picture of each employee's contribution to the store's results. Data is automatically calculated from recorded transactions — no manual entry required.

Typical indicators tracked per employee:

  • Sales — total value, number of transactions, average value per transaction
  • Returns — number and value, relative to sales (return rate)
  • Cancellations — frequency and reasons for cancellations
  • Discounts applied — the volume of manual discounts granted
  • Items per transaction — indication of the quality of advice (in RS Mall)

Usage

Performance is not just a tool of control — it is also a tool of coaching. A manager can identify employees who need additional training (high cancellation rate), those who perform well (high average sales), and those who apply excessive discounts without clear justification.

The data is available on configurable periods: day, week, month, season.
